Are your clothes really handmade?

Yes. All ElvaBaby pieces are carefully handmade in small batches. Because of this, each item may have slight variations, making every piece unique.

Where are the products made?

All items are handmade in Poland.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time:

• Poland: 1–3 business days after shipping

• EU: 3–7 business days

• Ukraine: 5–10 business days

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original condition.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Are your materials safe for babies?

Yes. We carefully choose soft, breathable materials suitable for sensitive baby skin.
